Please include the following info:

• Your Name
• Your Email address
• Your WWW site (if applicable)
• Your blurb on who you are or how you made your image
• A thumbnail image (GIF or JPG) - try to keep it around 130x100 pixels for landscape, 100x130 for portrait as as small as possible in file size.
• A full image (GIF or JPG not to exceed 120K)
